Check-in hours are between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm unless previously arranged for another specific time of the day . Please note those are private apartments inside a condominium and not a hotel with 24 hours reception . Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. This will allow us to be present at Sea Residences to receive you at the agreed time.
We will meet you at the lobby of Tower C/D at Sea Residences condominium, specifically on the Tower D side .
Terms and Conditions
I would like to provide you with important information about your accommodation: Please note that this condominium is strictly non-smoking and pet free . Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or the condominium premises. If you are a smoker, kindly proceed outside the condominium to the street in front of the entrance lobby C/D.
Please ensure you have your ID with your name available during check-in
Additional Information
Taxi drivers are familiar with the location, so you can instruct them to drop you off at the entrance/lobby of buildings C/D to avoid any inconvenience while carrying your luggage. If there are any last-minute changes to your plans or arrival time, please inform us directly so that we can adjust accordingly.
Upon arrival, you will find hand soap and toilet paper in the unit. For any other supplies, you will need to purchase them yourself, just as you would at home. There are convenience stores located within Sea Residences Condominium, or you can find a larger supermarket within 150 meters.
Please adhere to the condominium rules regarding garbage disposal. I will provide you with detailed instructions upon your arrival, including the designated area in the basement.
Services Avaliable
As a short-term guest, you have the option to use the pool by paying a daily fee of 150 pesos per person. We will assist you with the necessary paperwork and processing with the condominium management.
For guests staying long term , more than 30 days , we can assist you apply for a free swimming pool access pass after you have checked in. Count 3-4 working days , until your pass is issued.
We offer parking spaces for long term rent .
Regarding visitors, you will have to meet them in the entrance lobby and escort them into your unit . The condominium management has implemented security measures to regulate access to and from the premises to non authorized persons .
